Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of the order delivery, you may return the merchandise for a refund.
Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization! To obtain a Return Authorization please contact our Sales and Billing Department through our Contact Us page, please include your order detail information. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email notification with the return address and all other relevant instructions. Please make sure that the returned merchandise is in its original packaging unused and unsoiled. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE! (If you have received damaged or defective merchandise - see Damaged Products.)
All shipping charges for returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Return the merchandise via a tractable shipping method. Your return will be refunded once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Damaged or soiled merchandise will not be refunded.
• Returns which are outside the 30 days return period - will incur a 15% restocking fee.
• Returns which exceed 2 items - will incur a 15% large-return fee.
• Returns with merchandise purchased through a free shipping offer - will incur a 20% free shipping return fee.
• Unauthorized Returns - will incur a 25% non-compliance fee.
